Your Responsibilities

• Independent handling of international sea freight orders in import & export from A to Z
• Organisation and management of FCL, LCL, OOG, and breakbulk shipments
• Preparation of freight quotations including daily rate calculations
• Coordination with partner networks, shipping companies, customers, and international contacts
• Customs preparation for imports as well as review of customs and shipping documents
• Invoice verification, accounting, and general administrative tasks
• Active contribution to the development of efficient sea freight processes

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a background in forwarding, logistics, or overseas trade
• Experience or strong interest in sea freight
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Quick comprehension and enjoyment of taking on responsibility
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Excellent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Openness to think outside the box and actively contribute
