Your Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic care to patients in individual and group settings.
• Work with your team to ensure the highest therapy quality and individualized care.
• Take on professional and personnel leadership of the therapy department.
• Organize a smooth therapy routine and promote collaboration among all professional groups.
• Support new colleagues during their onboarding and serve as a key contact person for the team and patients.

Your Profile:

• Completed training in a healthcare and therapy profession (ideally physiotherapy).
• Registration in the healthcare professions register.
• Enjoy working with people and interest in combining leadership and therapy.
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
• Interest in rehabilitation and the further development of modern therapy concepts.
