Your Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational management of the Austrian branch
• Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team of around 10 employees
• Management of real estate activities in Austria, including implementation of strategic, performance, and corporate objectives
• Responsibility for a real estate portfolio with managed assets exceeding 2 billion euros
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with Generali Austria as the local main investor and with local institutional investors as part of the growth strategy
• Identification and acquisition of off-market transactions in alignment with portfolio strategies
• Ensuring collaboration between local teams in Transactions, Asset Management, and Project Management within a matrix organization
• Management of external service providers and ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance standards
• Further development of local organizational structures and support of change processes, particularly in the areas of digitalization and AI
• Legal, official, and formal representation of the company and its clients in Austria
• Direct reporting line to the CEO of Generali Real Estate S.p.A.

Your Profile

• Completed university degree, ideally in Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Certification as a real estate trustee, real estate agent, or property manager is an advantage
• Several years of relevant professional experience in real estate management
• Experience in disciplinary leadership of employees
• In-depth knowledge of the Austrian real estate market and a robust network in the real estate industry
• Experience in Asset Management, Transactions, Portfolio Management, or Real Estate Investments is an advantage
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Very good MS Office skills
• Leadership strength, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and confident stakeholder management
