Your responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a competent LEAN strategy, including rollout at various production sites
• Further development and introduction of LEAN methods (5S, CIP, 8D reports, ...)
• Continuous improvement of processes, including the development of optimization potentials
• Training and coaching of employees in LEAN methods
• Point of contact for managers and staff
