Your Responsibilities:

• Assume a specialized expert role with high autonomy and creative scope within an interdisciplinary team
• Design and develop tailored motor vehicle insurance coverages for national and international vehicle fleets
• Oversee the entire technical process – from structured service descriptions to decision-making bases for clients and account management
• Conduct technical negotiations with insurers and evaluate offers in terms of coverage, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability
• Serve as a competent point of contact for existing and new clients in all contract-related matters

Your Profile:

• You hold a completed commercial education (apprenticeship as an insurance clerk, HAK, HLW, degree, or equivalent)
• You have several years of professional experience in motor vehicle insurance with a focus on contract management, policy issuance, coverage concepts, or tenders
• You work in a structured, precise, and economically efficient manner, with a focus on sustainable solutions
• You are proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
• You are characterized by a team-oriented approach as well as a strong service and customer focus
