Your Responsibilities
- Operate, control, set up, and program computer-controlled production equipment (injection molding machines)
- Monitor injection molding processes and work instructions
- Work on continuous improvements in productivity
- Ensure ongoing quality control and quality improvements, and perform error analyses
- Test new materials
Your Qualifications
- Completed technical training in plastics engineering (HTL, college, or specialized training as a plastics molder or plastics technician)
- Several years of professional experience with machine controls, robot programming, and the processing of technical plastics (PEI, PPS, PC), as well as with gas injection and 2K technology
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Experience with injection molding machines, SAP knowledge, and MS Office
- Team player with quality awareness and commitment
- Willingness to work in shifts (3 shifts)
