Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic management and further development of selected key accounts
• Building long-term customer relationships at management and decision-maker level
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
• Developing and implementing individual account strategies with internal expert teams
• Positioning digital and technological solutions in software, engineering, AI, IoT, and cloud
• Managing the project and engagement portfolio within the supported accounts
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and sustainable value creation
• Proactively identifying and managing opportunities and risks

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in strategic account management, key account management, or business development
• Experience in building complex customer relationships and dealing with buying centers
• Good understanding of manufacturing companies, ideally in mechanical, plant, or equipment engineering
• Knowledge of industrial challenges, preferably with a connection to Austria or Upper Austria
• Strong affinity for digitalization, software, engineering, and technological innovations
• Strategic thinking, high customer orientation, and entrepreneurial action
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and negotiation proficiency
• Fluent in German and English
• Completed degree, ideally in a technical or business-technical field

Salary:

An attractive remuneration package is provided for this position, which is above the collective agreement minimum salary. The gross monthly salary starts at EUR 6,642 gross and will be individually adjusted based on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
