Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the operation, availability, and further development of the IT infrastructure
• Independent planning, design, and implementation of IT projects
• Management and coordination of external IT service providers
• Operation and optimization of server, storage, network, and virtualization environments
• Responsibility for IT security as well as continuous review and optimization of cybersecurity
• Conducting IT risk analyses, vulnerability assessments, and deriving appropriate measures
• Creating documentation, user, and security policies
• Supporting business units with IT-related questions as well as 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software

Your Profile:

• Completed IT education (apprenticeship as IT technician, HTL, university degree, HAK, etc.)
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• In-depth knowledge of modern server environments and networking expertise (MSQL, networking skills, MS Server, AD, Intune, Office 365, Entra (Azure), Exchange Online, etc.)
• Experience in cybersecurity and IT risk management
• Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to work
• Reliability, resilience, and a high sense of responsibility
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as self-initiative
