Your responsibilities:

  • Administration & Operations: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of our Windows Server environment (including select Linux services) as well as Windows clients.
  • Support of the helpdesk.
  • Network Services: Ensuring and optimizing central services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, file servers).
  • Cloud Management: Administration and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment.
  • IT Security: Implementation and monitoring of security standards to harden our infrastructure.
  • Project Support: Active participation and technical assistance in projects, including procurement (e.g., tenant migrations, rollouts, etc.) in close coordination with external service providers.
  • Linux Support: Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of existing Linux instances.

Your ideal profile:

  • Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical college, university of applied sciences, university) or comparable qualification/certification with relevant professional experience.
  • Several years (minimum 5 years) of experience in the aforementioned areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies with a particular focus on: Windows Server, Active Directory, MS 365, and PowerShell.
  • Basic knowledge of storage and backup systems, Linux, network protocols, and SQL is desirable.
  • Experience in handling security certificates.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and operating system issues.
  • Confident coordination and alignment of technical requirements in a project environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with other departments, as well as occasional willingness to travel between BBT locations.
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills in at least two of the three working languages (German, Italian, English).
