Your Responsibilities:

• Operation and monitoring of production facilities in a 4-shift system
• Ensuring smooth production processes
• Performing basic maintenance and servicing tasks
• Loading the facility using a wheel loader
• Monitoring and ensuring pellet quality
• Documentation of production and quality data
• Supervision of the new biomass CHP plant

Your Profile:

• Technical understanding and ideally experience in production
• Experience in operating machinery and facilities is an advantage
• Experience with wheel loaders or relevant practical skills desirable
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system
• Reliable, independent, and responsible work approach
• Teamwork and commitment
• Completed steam boiler operator certification according to DKBG is an advantage; otherwise, this will of course be provided by us.

What We Offer:

This is a permanent position, NOT leased employment!
For this role, TILLY offers an attractive hourly wage based on the collective agreement for workers in the wood processing industry, pay grade V.
Your actual hourly wage will be agreed upon during a personal discussion, taking into account your qualifications and professional experience.
