Your responsibilities:
• Proactive management and expansion of existing customer relationships • Identification of needs and development of tailored solutions • Solution-oriented handling of complaints • Careful maintenance and optimization of CRM data • Efficient support of the department management in day-to-day business

Your profile:
• Completed commercial training and 3–5 years of professional experience in a commercial environment, ideally in customer service • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken • Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems • Strong communication skills, team-oriented personality with a pronounced customer focus • High level of self-motivation as well as a structured, goal-oriented, and independent way of working
