• Soliciting and processing quotes and orders
• Ensuring timely procurement
• Monitoring, maintaining, and overseeing inventory
• Handling delivery notes, invoices, and complaints
• Collaborating with suppliers (primarily in German-speaking regions)
• Negotiating terms and prices
• Maintaining master data and processing returns

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience
• Initial experience in procurement is ideal
• Good MS Office skills, with advanced Excel knowledge being an advantage
• Organizational talent and team spirit

Salary
