Your Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business processes and identification of opportunities for Artificial Intelligence applications
• Development, implementation, and optimization of AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Design and implementation of applications based on modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
• Integration of AI solutions into existing system landscapes and business processes
• Development and optimization of prompts, AI workflows, and automations
• Evaluation of new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools, as well as derivation of actionable recommendations
• Documentation of developed solutions and support in training and knowledge transfer

What you should bring:

• Completed education in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the development or implementation of AI or Machine Learning solutions is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Python and experience with common AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or comparable platforms)
• Knowledge in Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or AI Agents is an advantage
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is desirable
• Proficiency in working with databases and SQL knowledge
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
