Your Responsibilities:

• Competent and friendly customer support over the phone
• Handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing
• Follow-up processing of incoming calls
• Solution-oriented work approach

• Night shift Monday to Friday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Weekend shift (day/night) from Friday 7:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM. In exceptional cases, shifts may also occur during the day on weekdays.

Your Profile:

• Enjoyment and enthusiasm for telephone customer contact combined with a strong service orientation
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
• A pleasant and friendly voice with polite telephone manners
• Strong communication skills and impeccable verbal expression
• The desire to learn new things and develop personally
• Flexibility in terms of working hours, enthusiasm, motivation, and team spirit
• Good MS Office skills and proficient use of PC and internet
