For our office in Vienna with excellent public transport connections, we are looking for a technically skilled individual for a newly created position in project development with a focus on tender management. This position offers exciting development potential – both for candidates with relevant experience and for motivated career starters or career changers with a technical background.

Your Tasks

• Assistance in the preparation, coordination, and execution of tenders as well as in the awarding of construction services
• Development of bills of quantities, functional descriptions, and constructive tenders with individual items and quantity take-offs
• Identification, analysis, review, and processing of tender documents
• Assistance in bid evaluations, price comparisons, and award recommendations
• Overview and coordination of construction processes within project development
• Management and co-design of tender processes in close collaboration with internal departments and external project participants
• Continuous monitoring of deadlines and ensuring compliance with relevant procurement and project guidelines
• Support in structured documentation and administrative processing within the project environment
• Prospective professional development – depending on interest – in the areas of administration, organization, project management, or on-site construction supervision

Your Profile

• Completed technical education, e.g., HTL (Higher Technical College), apprenticeship with a focus on construction, or a comparable qualification
• Initial or relevant professional experience in project development, tender management, construction supervision, construction planning, or procurement is an advantage
• Motivated career starters or career changers with a strong technical understanding are also very welcome
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a general affinity for IT
• Structured, precise, and reliable way of working
• Clear and accurate written communication
• Interest in construction processes, project workflows, and economic-technical correlations
• Teamwork skills, willingness to cooperate, and enjoyment of working with various project participants

Salary

For this position, the collective agreement for the construction industry applies. A gross monthly salary starting from € 3,000 is provided. The actual salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience; a corresponding salary above the collective agreement is therefore possible.
