    Your Tasks

    • Assistance in the preparation, coordination, and execution of tenders as well as in the awarding of construction services
    • Development of bills of quantities, functional descriptions, and constructive tenders with individual items and quantity take-offs
    • Identification, analysis, review, and processing of tender documents
    • Assistance in bid evaluations, price comparisons, and award recommendations
    • Overview and coordination of construction processes within project development
    • Management and co-design of tender processes in close collaboration with internal departments and external project participants

    Your Profile

    • Completed technical education, e.g., HTL (Higher Technical College), apprenticeship with a focus on construction, or a comparable qualification
    • Initial or relevant professional experience in project development, tender management, construction supervision, construction planning, or procurement is an advantage

    Salary
