To ensure our railway system functions smoothly, thousands of switches must operate reliably. We inspect, maintain, and repair them throughout their entire lifespan. Your Job
- As a Service Technician, you will support the execution of inspection activities as well as maintenance, construction, and repair work in the field of signalling and control technology (including various switch components and switching systems, etc.).
- You will assist in determining the required materials and equipment and keep auxiliary records for construction reports, performance records, test protocols, etc.
- If necessary, after a corresponding training phase, you will handle various safety tasks.
- You will ensure strict adherence to all guidelines and instructions.
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training (apprenticeship or technical school) as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or in a related field.
- Flexibility and a willingness to work night shifts and occasionally on weekends are required for this position.
- You are eager to advance professionally, learn new skills (railway technology), and take on responsibility.
- The necessary physical and mental fitness, including suitability for track and height work (determined upon hiring), as well as a category B driving licence, are required for this position.

Our Offer
- For the position of "Service Technician in Signalling and Control Technology," a minimum annual gross salary of €42,807.10 is provided for a 38.5-hour workweek. Willingness to pay above this amount exists. You may also receive a travel allowance of €560 gross per month, depending on the role and deployment.
