Responsibilities:

• Independent planning and technical processing of HVAC projects
• Technical and organizational management of HVAC construction projects
• Coordination and alignment with clients, authorities, specialist planners, and contractors
• Creation and review of specifications
• Supervision of construction execution, quality control, and defect management
• Documentation and reporting on construction progress, defects, and acceptance procedures

Your Profile:

• Completed training in HVAC technology, building services engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of solid experience in HVAC planning and independent project execution
• Excellent technical understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident use of common software
• Knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with project partners
• Class B driving license

For this full-time position, a salary above collective agreement, commensurate with performance, starting at EUR 3,500 gross per month is provided. Depending on qualifications and experience, the actual salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
