As a Change Engineer (m/f/d), you will take on a central role in company-wide change management and ensure the transparent, timely, and process-compliant implementation of changes. You will act as an interface between projects, specialist departments, and process owners, actively driving the continuous further development of change processes. Your responsibilities:

• End-to-end change management, including administrative support for problem reports, change requests, and change numbers
• Part number and master data management, particularly the classification of part numbers as well as the creation and maintenance of numbers and part master data for standard and MTB parts
• Process control and monitoring of the change process up to FET using key performance indicators, maturity assessments, and early status notifications
• Process definition and further development, including process monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and implementation in close coordination with process partners and process portfolio management
