• End-to-end responsibility for software projects (time, budget, quality)
• Management of multiple projects or project phases
• Direct client contact and interface between business and development
• Active involvement in technical and conceptual decisions
• Support in presales and project acquisition
• Building and developing teams

Your Profile:

• Extensive experience in software development with a hands-on background
• Several years of experience in a leadership role (Tech Lead, Architect, Engineering Manager, or similar)
• Experience with custom software projects
• Comprehensive technical understanding, including deployment and operations
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of personal responsibility
