Your Responsibilities

Support clients in optimizing financial and accounting processes and IT systems during SAP S/4HANA transformations.
Lead specific project phases: from assessing current (AS-IS) processes and developing roadmaps to implementing new S/4HANA finance components.
Actively contribute to team strategy and portfolio development.
Identify opportunities, assist in proposal preparation, and support business acquisition with guidance from a mentor.
Serve as a subject-matter coach or mentor for junior colleagues within your projects.

Your Profile

Prior experience in consulting (internal or external) or in finance/IT roles involving SAP implementation or redesign projects in financial accounting.
Strong knowledge of the SAP FI module (CO is a plus) and financial value flows.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a focus on solution feasibility.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to contribute to team growth.
Business-fluent German and very good English skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
