Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership and management of the workshop, including staff and resources
• Ensuring high availability and operational readiness of machinery and equipment
• Planning, organizing, and controlling maintenance and servicing work (planned and unplanned)
• Monitoring and optimizing production and maintenance processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Creating and maintaining maintenance documentation
• Managing an on-site spare parts inventory and participating in the procurement of spare parts and tools
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Implementing measures for continuous improvement and cost savings
• Coordinating and communicating with other departments (production, purchasing, quality management, etc.)

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training
• Several years of professional experience in workshop management, maintenance, or production
• Leadership experience with a confident and motivating leadership style
• Confident handling of key performance indicators
• Sound knowledge of maintenance strategies (preventive, condition-based), mechanical engineering, and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Willingness for continuous further training and process optimization
• Confident use of IT systems (maintenance software)

Our Offer:

Our client offers you an interesting and varied position in a two-shift system with a permanent contract and a gross monthly salary of €3,500,-- with a willingness to pay above this rate depending on qualifications and professional experience.
