Your Responsibilities:

• Together with your team of 6 colleagues, you are responsible for the scheduling and management of national truck transports, with a focus on general cargo
• You independently negotiate terms and framework agreements with your customers while adhering to economic considerations
• You handle the deployment planning of carriers/partner companies, vehicles from the own fleet, and drivers while ensuring compliance with legal driving and rest periods
• Monitoring of transport orders, professional handling of complaints and damage incidents
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, as well as actively contributing to the acquisition of new customers and transport orders

Your Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the forwarding/transport/logistics sector
• Several years of professional experience as a dispatcher for national truck transports
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Negotiation skills and a professional approach to dealing with customers and partner companies/subcontractors
• Experience with common IT tools and software; touch typing is a plus
• Excellent German language skills, English is an advantage
