To strengthen our client, a stable market leader in its industry in the Freistadt district, we are looking for a dedicated Team Lead for Credit and Risk Management (m/f/d). In this responsible position, you will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of the department and play a key role in the sustainable management of our credit and risk policy.

Your responsibilities:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as continuous further development of the Credit and Risk Management team
• Responsibility for managing and optimizing financing processes and early risk detection procedures
• Analysis and evaluation of complex financing projects as well as development of corresponding recommendations for action
• Preparation of qualified credit risk assessments as a basis for credit decisions
• Strategic professional point of contact for colleagues, managers, and senior leadership
• Ongoing monitoring of industry-specific key figures and processes, taking into account regulatory requirements and legal provisions
• Conducting risk analyses and ensuring transparent documentation for risk management and the initiation of appropriate measures
