• IT support (workstations, printers, telephony, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• Responsibility for user and client management
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Support, error analysis, and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Collaboration on various IT projects
• Processing of the ticketing system
