Your Challenge:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team currently consisting of up to ten employees, as well as further development of the team
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to UGB, including depreciation, provisions, and valuations
• Execution of accounting and financial reporting tasks, particularly accounts payable and payment runs
• Close collaboration with controlling, commercial departments, management, and external partners (e.g., tax advisors, auditors)
• Point of contact for commercial questions for internal and external stakeholders
• Strategic development, enhancement, and optimization of accounting processes, structures, and interfaces

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed business education (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on finance and accounting preferred
• Successfully completed certified accounting examination
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with disciplinary leadership responsibility
• Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting (VAT, UGB knowledge, Corporate Tax Act)
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and high flexibility
• Analytical thinking as well as well-organized and structured work approach
