Your Challenge:

• You are responsible for leading the IT department and its employees
• You take on the coordination and integration of IT projects with external providers
• You assume responsibility for the maintenance and further development of IT infrastructure and systems, including ERP systems (implementation, management, interfaces, and administration)
• As a project manager, you act in the planning and execution of IT projects
• Data security and compliance, as well as staff training, complete your responsibilities

Your Qualifications:

• You possess in-depth knowledge of networks, server environments, Microsoft ecosystems, and cloud platforms
• You bring experience in IT management and the maintenance of ERP systems
• You have excellent German and English language skills
• You possess analytical thinking and strong organizational abilities
