Your Mission

• Lead the early phases of AI transformation, tool integration, and the development of an AI mindset across all business areas.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement potentials, and implement initiatives for operational and business excellence.
• Collect data, structure requirements, and prepare the organization for scalable transformation projects.
• Develop ideas, concepts, and prototypes in close coordination with headquarters, legal, compliance, and internal stakeholders.
• Support change management from leadership level to collaboration with departments and the local IT representative.

What You Bring

• Experience in business transformation, process optimization, data analysis, or operational excellence.
• A strong interest in AI tools, digital productivity solutions, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to understand operational details and translate them into practical improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder sensitivity, and the ability to lead, listen, and create alignment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is not required; curiosity, structure, and a strong business understanding are more important.
