Job Description

- Independent control and coordination of the shipping process for machinery and plants worldwide
- Creation of a project-oriented transport concept for land, air, and sea freight
- Participation in negotiating all commercial and technical shipping tasks, including comparison of packaging and transport alternatives and monitoring the cost budget
- Preparation of delivery and transport documents, as well as handling all customs formalities
- Scheduling of all transports in coordination with the production and assembly plan

Requirements

- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on logistics or completed vocational training as a forwarding, export, or industrial clerk
- Several years of professional experience in logistics
- Good PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, and SAP)
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
