As an HKLS Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take on the planning and management of construction projects – from the initial idea through technical design and coordination of all parties involved to implementation and acceptance.

Your tasks in detail:

• Technical and organizational management of HKLS construction projects
• Responsibility in all phases (from concept through execution to handover to the client)
• Coordination and alignment with clients, authorities, specialist planners, and executing companies
• Creation and review of performance specifications and planning documents in all project phases
• Active contribution to the technical and economic success of the project
• Ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, and quality targets

Your compelling profile:

• Completed training in HKLS technology, building services, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of solid experience in managing HKLS projects in a planning office or on the industrial side
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Communicative team player with a strong focus on solutions
• Fluent in German
• Class B driving license
