Your responsibilities:

• You will deal with legal issues related to real estate law, corporate law, as well as antitrust and competition law
• You will advise clients on real estate and construction law contracts and accompany real estate transactions
• You will be responsible for preparing and negotiating contracts
• You will conduct research for expert opinions
• Due diligence reviews and risk analyses will be part of your daily work

Your qualifications:

• Completed law degree
• Completed judicial clerkship

The offered salary package:
