Your responsibilities:
- Active sales of high-quality plants, robots, and machinery, primarily in the dairy production sector (capital goods, starting from approx. €100,000)
- Customer retention and new customer acquisition – tapping into the extensive potential in the region
- On-site consulting and support for existing customers at their farms and/or estates
- Independent scheduling – adapted to the seasonal conditions of agriculture
- Participation in 2–3 regional trade fairs per year
- Close collaboration with the technical team and internal services
- Long-term building of trust-based relationships
Your profile:
- Residence in Tyrol or Vorarlberg
- Completed education with a technical focus (e.g., HTL, apprenticeship in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or electronics)
- Technical understanding and interest in complex plants
- Experience in field sales, ideally in the agricultural sector
- Affinity for agriculture and understanding of customers' realities
- Independent work style & high self-motivation
The offer:
- Fixed salary: approx. €3,500 gross / month
