  • advise the ÖBB Group companies on all employment law matters, primarily on all topics related to equal treatment law, especially on the subject of sexual harassment.
  • accompany, on the employer’s side, the group-internal processes in cases of sexual harassment or other discrimination allegations and ensure a complete fact-finding process as well as a professional procedure.
  • assess the legal situation after the fact-finding process has been completed and support the Group companies in implementing appropriate measures.
  • correspond with courts, authorities, lawyers, and representatives of interest groups on employment law topics.
  • advise and represent the ÖBB Group companies independently in conciliation proceedings and before the Equal Treatment Commission; occasionally also before the Labour and Social Court or in administrative proceedings with employment law relevance.
  • conduct – after appropriate training – group-wide training sessions on employment law topics, particularly on equal treatment law.

Your profile, you...

  • have completed a degree in law and ideally already have practical experience in equal treatment law and employment law.
  • have completed judicial clerkship in accordance with the Law Clerks Act and/or initial experience as a trainee lawyer; experience in representing clients before the Equal Treatment Commission or in court is also desirable.
  • are occasionally willing to travel to other federal states for appointments or proceedings.
  • work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner and convince with strong communication and team skills as well as high commitment and willingness to perform.
