Tasks:

• Operation and control of production facilities in 3 and 4-shift operation
• Manual work with the material wood
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Compliance with regulations, instructions, and production targets

Profile:

• Completed vocational training in a craft profession, experience in a production company is an advantage
• Performance-oriented work ethic
• Good knowledge of German
• Forklift license desirable
• IT skills are an advantage

Personal attributes:

• Willingness to work in shifts
• Independent, quality-conscious, and responsible work approach
• Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience in stressful situations

What we offer:

This is a permanent position, NOT a temporary assignment!
For this role, TILLY offers an attractive hourly wage based on the collective agreement for workers in the wood processing industry (LG V).
Your actual hourly wage will be agreed upon during a personal interview, taking into account your qualifications and professional experience.
