YOUR FUTURE ROLE
- Responsibility for the quality management system of the 'Medical Systems' business unit as well as harmonization of existing systems
- Planning and conducting internal/external audits (customers, authorities, etc.) as well as deriving, implementing, and tracking CAPA measures
- Continuous development and optimization of QM processes and raising awareness among colleagues about quality topics
- Creation and editing of quality documents (SOPs, quality agreements, etc.) and continuous updating of these
- Design and implementation of training – both annually and ad hoc
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed education (degree in natural sciences or equivalent qualification preferred) and several years of professional experience in quality management – preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
- Experience in integrating QM systems and supporting change management processes
- Strong hands-on mentality combined with a high degree of practical orientation and an independent, pragmatic working style
- Ability to embed a quality mindset within the company – strong communication skills and openness in dealing with colleagues
- 'Out-of-the-box' thinking combined with analytical competencies and flexibility
- Resilient personality with assertiveness, goal orientation, and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent German and English skills (both written and spoken), French is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Austria
