To strengthen our team in Vienna, we are looking for a dedicated and precise individual for the position of Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.


Your responsibilities:
  • Independent execution of payroll accounting for approximately 300 temporary employees, taking into account various collective agreements, company and individual agreements
  • Processing of time sheets and business trips, as well as handling garnishments and managing absences (parental leave, educational leave, etc.)
  • Monthly completion of closing tasks, evaluations, and collective agreement increases
  • Handling of new hires, control, and archiving of entry documents, including timely registrations and deregistrations with the ÖGK
  • Review and creation of employment-related documents, such as employment contracts, assignment notifications, additional agreements, and various company/individual agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, such as the Foreign Employment Act (AuslBG), Working Time Act, and Rest Period Act, etc.
  • Point of contact for questions related to employment law, social security, and payroll tax
  • Support with collective agreement classifications and conducting coverage checks for ALL-IN and overtime flat rates


Your profile:
  • Completed commercial training and payroll accounting certification
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of employment, social security, and payroll tax law
  • Proficient use of LOGA Vplus (or comparable software) and MS Office
  • Discretion, accuracy, independent and self-reliant work ethic
