Construction and Building Technician (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Implementation and supervision of new construction and renovation work
- Monitoring and maintenance of building services
- Maintenance and repair of peripheral systems
- Ensuring legally compliant operational processes
- Ensuring all fire protection measures
- Handling repairs with service providers
- On-call duty for fault clearance
