To strengthen the team, we are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual for the position of Specialist Technical Documentation (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of clear user, installation, and administration manuals for software products
• Presentation of complex content for different user groups

• Versioning and maintenance of existing documents as well as creation of release notes
• Research and preparation of information as well as coordination with product management, development, and support
• Use of modern authoring systems and implementation of single-source/multi-channel publishing
• Layout design, proofreading, and terminology management to ensure consistent quality
• Documentation publication using modern systems
