For our client in Grödig, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d) for direct placement, starting immediately.
 

Responsibilities:

• Posting of incoming invoices: Review and record supplier invoices in accordance with applicable accounting guidelines.
• Invoice verification and reconciliation: Ensure that invoices are properly reconciled with purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Payment processing: Prepare and execute payment runs, including monitoring payment deadlines and discounts.
• Maintenance of master data: Create and maintain supplier master data.
• Account reconciliations: Monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and support in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
• Communication with suppliers: Handle inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and credits.
• Support during audits: Provide relevant documents and information for internal and external audits.
• Process optimization: Identify potential for optimization in accounts payable accounting and participate in its implementation.

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training or a degree in finance, accounting, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in accounts payable accounting is an advantage.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• High affinity for numbers and a structured, meticulous way of working.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Very good German and English skills both written and spoken.

We offer a salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collectively agreed minimum salary for this position is €2,392.00 gross per month on a full-time basis.
