Your Responsibilities
- Independent Payroll Processing: You will independently handle the monthly payroll for our shift-based employees
- Data Management: You will record and update all relevant master and payroll data, as well as manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Advisory Role: As a contact person, you will assist our employees with questions regarding labor law, social insurance, and wage tax regulations.
- Support with Closing Activities: You will actively participate in monthly and annual closings

Your Qualifications
- Education: You have completed commercial training with a focus on payroll accounting and SAP knowledge (HAK, HLW, FH, University)
- Work Experience: You have completed payroll specialist training and bring several years of experience in payroll processing
- Legal Knowledge: You have solid knowledge of labor and social insurance law
