Your Role – Interface & Innovator

You work both conceptually and constructively – because at our company, design begins with the idea.

Your Tasks

• Interface & Collaboration
  • Technical counterpart for external design engineers and implementation partners
  • Dialogue & coordination with partners – from the idea to implementation
  • Monitoring & conceptual oversight of project progress
  • Handover of specifications & support in detailed elaboration
• Concept Development
  • Creating initial ideas, concept sketches & specifications
  • Deriving technical guidelines and standards
  • Support in system concepts & process design
• Design
  • CE-compliant design of automated machines and systems
  • Creation of 3D models
  • Detailed planning of sensors, actuators, and mechanical interfaces
  • Close collaboration with electrical planning
  • Involvement in process & product developments in automated manufacturing

What You Should Bring

• Professional
  • Education in mechanical engineering (HTL, FH, university)
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing automated production systems
  • Excellent CAD skills (SolidWorks or equivalent)
  • Experience with non-metallic materials = a big plus
  • German at least B2, English at least B1
• Mindset
