Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Motivation: Lead, develop, and coach the experienced consulting team to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strategy & Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Product Management: Actively shape and further develop the travel portfolio, especially in the area of customized luxury and experience trips.
• Customer Relations: Maintain and expand customer relationships as well as handle complex customer inquiries.
• Quality Management: Ensure high-quality standards in all operational processes.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitive developments to identify new opportunities.
• Reporting: Regular reporting to the management.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Several years of leadership experience in the tourism industry, ideally in the premium segment.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of international travel destinations and tourism products.
• Personality: Strong leadership and communication skills, a team player with high self-motivation and assertiveness.
• Customer Orientation: Passion for excellent customer service and a sense for individual customer needs.
• Languages: Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• IT Skills: Proficient in common MS Office applications and tourism booking systems.
• Passion: You live and love traveling and enjoy sharing this enthusiasm.
