Your Tasks

Your Profile

  • Professional experience in plastic injection molding is essential
  • Experience in setting up or adjusting production machines
  • Technical training is an advantage (e.g., mechatronics, plastics technology, automation technology)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (Mon-Fri; weekends free)
  • Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Reliable, precise, and quality-conscious work approach
  • Team player with good communication skills

Salary & Conditions

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry.

The gross monthly salary starts at €3,100,- (depending on qualifications and experience).

Additionally, there is the possibility of a performance-related bonus of up to 10% of the annual gross salary.

Conditions:

  • 1-month probation period, followed by a 3-month fixed-term employment
  • After successful onboarding (4 months), a long-term permanent position is planned

The location is only partially accessible by public transport. For shift work, having your own vehicle is therefore an advantage. Company housing or support in finding accommodation is not offered.
