Your Responsibilities:

• Independent handling of administrative HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from creating and managing personnel documents, contracts, and job descriptions to HR-related correspondence.
• Support for HR projects, audits, and employee surveys, as well as close collaboration with payroll on topics such as time management, personnel processes, and continuous optimization of HR workflows.
• Organization and coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes, including training planning, preparation of employment references, welcome guides, as well as support for internship programs and management of company accommodations.
• Responsibility for recruiting and employer branding by creating and publishing job advertisements, pre-selecting applicants, conducting interviews, and participating in career fairs and company events.
• Planning, organizing, and administering training and further education measures.
• Management and further development of HR systems and HR data, creation of reports and metrics (HR KPIs), maintenance of SharePoint pages, as well as close collaboration with managers, employees, and the HR Shared Service Center.

Your Profile:

• Completed education preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Business Psychology, or Business Administration
• Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role or a similar position
• Knowledge of labor law and modern HR tools is desirable
• Strong communication and consulting skills as well as high social competence
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• High level of commitment, resilience, and the ability to persuade others

We offer performance-based and attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry. If all requirements are met, a gross annual salary of €56,000 is intended for this position. Depending on qualifications and experience, an overpayment is possible. Automatic advancements and the associated salary increases after 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 years are regulated in the collective agreement.
