Your Responsibilities

• You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a specialized team in the field of HR-IT applications
• You will drive the further development of the team and be responsible for topics such as resource planning, employee development, coaching, and knowledge transfer
• You will ensure that the managed SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions are operated reliably, efficiently, and future-oriented
• You will be the central contact person for internal stakeholders and support professional and organizational questions regarding the managed applications
• You will also contribute operationally and support your team with ongoing application operations
• You will promote the development, distribution, and safeguarding of know-how within the team

Your Qualifications

• You have completed a technical or business-related education, ideally with a focus on computer science, business informatics, or business administration, or bring comparable professional experience
• You have several years of experience in application operations, preferably in the SAP environment
• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors and have worked intensively with them
• You are interested in modern technologies such as cloud solutions and artificial intelligence
• You have experience in leading employees and can develop teams both professionally and personally
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and find pragmatic solutions with a focus on results and quality
• You communicate clearly, handle different interests professionally, and bring conflict resolution skills
• You are willing to undergo a security clearance according to § 55 of the Security Police Act at the "classified" level, if not already completed
