Your job, you…

  • support the external and internal commercial management of station and property assets – including residential property management, rent and operating cost settlements, owner accounting, as well as measures for contract violations and the management of relevant contracts and caretaker matters.
  • handle maintenance measures, re-/investments, and infrastructural services (e.g., winter services, cleaning, grounds maintenance) on behalf of property managers – including obtaining quotes and commissioning services.
  • process tenant matters such as rent reductions, indexations, terminations, and dunning procedures, and conduct on-site property handovers and returns.
  • engage directly with tenants, lessees, municipalities, authorities, and contractors on management-related topics and handle the administrative processing of customer service tasks – particularly in complaint and quality management.
  • assist with official and legal matters – if necessary, in coordination with legal experts – and take on legal tasks for owners within the scope of existing property management authorizations (e.g., damage cases, lawsuits, witness statements).
  • maintain and use various property management-specific IT systems (e.g., DOXIS, IMMO Cockpit, infra:GIS) and support maintenance and investment planning in coordination with technical management.

  • have completed a degree, hold a high school diploma (Matura) OR have a completed vocational training with a focus on real estate (e.g., property manager, real estate agent, etc.).
