WHAT AWAITS YOU

- You will lead and develop our Retro-Fit Team and take full personnel responsibility.
- You will technically and commercially plan and execute conversions and repairs.
- You will optimize processes and ensure adherence to quality, deadlines, and costs.
- You will work closely with internal specialist departments and coordinate international Retro-Fit large-scale projects.
- You will support planning and budgeting as well as the creation of sales forecasts.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

- You have a technical education, preferably in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or electronics.
- You have experience in leading and developing employees.
- You bring project management experience, ideally in service, retrofit, or plant environments.
- You enjoy working in a team and are eager to demonstrate your organizational skills.
- You have a high willingness to learn, a hands-on mentality, and assertiveness.
- Your excellent German and English skills round off your profile.

We are subject to the collective agreement (KV) for the mechanical and metalworking industry. Your remuneration will certainly be above the KV level, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
