YOUR FUTURE ROLE
- You will take responsibility for the development and expansion of your business area and actively shape its growth
- You will sustainably develop existing customer relationships and acquire new customers as well as market potential in Upper Austria and/or Salzburg
- You will manage the entire recruiting process – from identifying suitable candidates to successfully filling customer assignments
- You will build a qualified employee pool, maintain it continuously, and ensure high service quality for customers and employees
- You will be responsible for revenue, results, and growth targets in your market area and manage sales activities in your region
- You will be responsible for designing efficient processes and, in the long term, building a small team
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have completed commercial training
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in temporary employment within the commercial-technical sector in Austria and possess industry knowledge in one or more of the following areas: construction, construction-related trades, metal construction, industry, logistics, or technical functions
- You have a strong network in Upper Austria and/or Salzburg and recognize opportunities to further develop your business area
- You have a strong sales aptitude and proven experience in acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
- You have solid recruiting expertise and a good sense of the regional job market
- You have a sound knowledge of Austrian labor law, the AÜG (Temporary Employment Act), and relevant collective agreements
- Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience and know how to motivate and develop employees to achieve common goals
- Knowledge of the WorkExpert (ProSolution) software is an advantage
- You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and pursue your goals with high self-motivation
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills and know how to build long-term customer relationships
- You have excellent German language skills; additional CEE languages are an advantage
