Your Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing all necessary measures for a successful and smooth business operation
• Managing goods flows, from ordering and presentation to financial processing
• Organizing and carrying out a variety of organizational, administrative, and personnel tasks in the branch and in collaboration with the company headquarters
• Staff leadership and workforce scheduling
• Implementing the branch concept and customer-oriented behavior within the team

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training
• Relevant professional experience in retail
• Leadership experience preferred
• Customer- and service-oriented sales talent
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

For this position, an annual gross salary of at least EUR 43,000 is provided for 38.5 hours per week. Depending on qualifications and experience, an overpayment is of course possible.
