Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the store management in running the branch
• Joint responsibility for the smooth operation of daily business, implementation of store objectives, and relevant key performance indicators
• Leading, motivating, and supporting the store team; assisting with staff scheduling
• Ensuring an appealing store appearance and optimal product presentation
• Assisting with stock replenishment, ordering, warehouse organization, and cashier duties
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards
• Service-oriented customer support

Your Profile

• Professional experience in retail or a similar environment, ideally already in a deputy or comparable responsible position
• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take the next step toward leadership
• Enjoyment of retail and interest in a varied and dynamic work environment
• Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a respectful approach toward colleagues and customers
• Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even during high-workload phases
• Flexibility regarding working hours, especially in the evenings and on Saturdays

For this exciting position, a gross annual salary starting at €36,400 on a full-time basis is offered. A willingness to pay above this amount exists for candidates with appropriate qualifications and experience.
