Your Responsibilities

• Technical support, operation, and further development of custom UC and communication solutions in the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise environment, particularly OXE
• Configuration, incident handling, and problem management of complex Alcatel infrastructures, including Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise components, New Voice alarm servers, and connected third-party systems
• Analysis of complex faults in 3rd-level support and conducting root-cause analyses to ensure stable operations
• Planning and implementation of transitions, transformations, migrations, and lifecycle changes in existing customer environments
• Use of Alcatel management and application tools, including contact center solutions, operator consoles, automated attendant systems, DECT, and management servers
• Professional support of the team, knowledge transfer, and active participation in the further development of technical services

Your Profile

• Several years of solid practical experience with Unified Communications and voice solutions in the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise environment, particularly OXE, as well as ACSE certification
• Excellent knowledge of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise's UC portfolio and its application possibilities in demanding customer environments
• In-depth experience with Alcatel tools and systems, particularly Contact Center CCA and CCS, Operator Console 4059EE, integrated automated attendant, DECT, and 8770 Management Server
• Strong solution and service orientation as well as a professional approach to customers and internal interfaces
• Excellent German skills at C1 level and good English skills at B2 level
• Class B driving license and willingness to participate in regular on-call duties as scheduled
